hey... i'm currently suffering from glandular fever, that ive had since february. i'm pretty sick of it, but most of the time it's just tiredness. however it's decided to relapse back into sore throat, headache, dizziness and stuffiness... just 3 days before i go away on a big holiday with 16 of my mates. i'm so upset, cos there's no way i can go out partying and join in the fun while i feel like this, i can't even walk up the stairs! has anyone got any quick fix cures? or has suffered from glandular fever themselves and found ways of relieving the symptoms? please help! my time is running out. xx

It is the only thing that has ever prevented me from having chest infections. It is an Australian herbal product (available in the UK) and might be what you need. In effect, it boosts the immune system. I had many years of chest and throat problems (I'm an ex-miner) but since taking Oralmat, I have not had one day's illness. Incredible.
I really feel for you, I had it a few years ago but it was a short intensive 4 weeks of nbot being able to eat anything because of my swollen glands and being litterally as weak as a kitten.
You should try going to your doctors, if you are thinking of getting the supplements named above go to your GP first and check what he/she thinks about them, it's always a good idea to get them checked out.
