Yes that is not a typo^^^^ !!

Phoned this morning expecting to spend all day getting pushed from pillar to post regarding our cancelled flight to Spain.

On phone for 3 minutes and was told that flight costs would be refunded to card which was used for payment -just about fainted !!

Bet they did'nt mention... the not often applied ... refund fee..!

It equates to a sum.... equal or equivalent to the initial booking fee...!

Thanks all I was laughing myself -think they were just trying to get through the thousands who are phoning as quickly as possible.
alvahalf -no -full refund.Well had to be in all honesty as they couldnt give us another flight and couldnt even offer another flight hence everyone having to get shepharded by security out the airport by security as we had been cleared for departure.

Drisgirl: if I was you I would wait until I actually see the money in my account before rejoicing. You may find that you need to call that shower of broccoli when either the money does not go in or all you get is a fiver back.
