Homophobe

My OH is a definte homophobe. When they are on TV He turns over or off. In the shops,He walks away in disgust. This goes back 30 years to when he was accosted in a public toilet in North London. His Mother heard his shouts, ran ino the toilet and pulled him out. When she got home she called the police and told them of the incident. Nothing happened. 3 months later a young boy was raped in the same toilets. The person was never found. Other than his mother I am the only one who know's about this. Yet when he walks away from homosexuals he is told to live and let live. I understand how he feels. Although I dont't think all homosexuals are preying in public toilets, I do believe the government were wrong to make it legal, and even more wrong to allow them to "marry"

i did read mr v's post dris and i do sympathize with him and what he went through back then i would have answered but i really did not know how to reply apart from feeling sorry for him and i don't think that is what mr v needs ,but i am sorry mr v for not responding to your post and do realise how hard it must have been to write it

Drisgirl, I don't quite understand this - Mr Veritas posted specifically to Caslass and she acknowleged it - am I missing something here? I imagine no-one else acknowleged what he said for that reason (it was a one to one post) and for reasons like the one Telephone has just mentioned.

Im not here to make waves especially for an elderly gentleman -I just thought a bit of respect was due to him and it wasnt forthcoming.
