Is 6C/42F Too cold for ambient room temp?
5 Answers
Odd question I know but:
Is 6C/42F Too cold for ambient room temp? At least for sleeping?
What temperature would you "wake up" because of? I.e. how cold would it have to get?
Thanks for any answers in advance, technical knowledge welcome!

I stand to be corrected but I believe if you get too cold you are likely to just go into a deeper and deeper sleep and not wake up. The temperature immediately surrounding you, i.e in your bed / sleeping bag / whatever is the critical factor not that of the actual room.
