Don't think so. The whole AOL company has just been demerged from Time-Warner - AOL (UK) Ltd is merely the UK subsidiary of the company and is owned by the US parent.
Talk-Talk has just bought Tiscali.

They both have the same parent company.

Carphone Warehouse (which owns TalkTalk) acquired AOL UK for £370 million in 2006.
