An acquaintance mentioned today that "Fetcham ponds" is a good place to take children to.  I, howeve, cannot find anything on Google.  Could it be she meant "Frensham Ponds"?

Fetcham is near Leatherhead in Surrey. There may be ponds there but I don't know the area.

Frensham ponds is a well-known conservation area near Farnham, so she may well be referring to that.

Frensham Great Pond is just off the A287, Farnham to Hindhead road in Surrey.
