I seem to recollect there is a website with details of film continuity errors and mistakes which have passed the cutting room people. Can anyone enlighten me to the URL.

One of the many websites is imdb. Not only does it contain details of continuity errors, but also factual errors, crew of equipment visibility, and many other goofs in films. Also, you can find out almost anything you could possibly want to know about a film, and if you do not find what your looking for, you could always post on the message board.
