Hi Sqad,

Hope you're keeping well. I slipped over twice yesterday (on the bloody ice) and banged my coccyx both times, it is bruised, a bit swollen and is killing me! I've taken painkillers and its not really helping with the pain, any advice? I have a doctors appointment later so hoping they can give me something stronger!

Hot bath and take Ibuprofen 600mgms three times a day.

It is painful and may take some time to settle.
