justice must not only be done but should be seen to be done.
Justice varies depending on what side of the law you sit.
To the victim of a crime it is never enough and to the criminal it is usually too much.
To the judge and jury it is a fair and reasonable punishment for the crime commited.
(In my humble opinion.)
