my husband of 6 years has been going on holiday to corfu greece, every year for two weeks alone(thats what he says) he never takes me and the kids, coz he says he needs 'time alone' and never goes out normally and treats himself to a break once a year instead. He also claims that the kids are too small to go too far and he doesnt even take us inland. kids are 4 and 2. im confused as he is always at home, if not at work, he drives a taxi and works friday and saturday nights, so i cant really think that he would have someone else as when would he see her. I love him dearly, but i cannot understand why he wont take us away and what the real reason behind this is......what is corfu in greece like.....he stays at the kerkyra golf hotel in alykes......what do you people think about this, also he ahs asked me to take a loan in my name for 30grand coz he wants to invest in shares and gov bonds, i agreed, coz i dont want to not be supportive to him........

Don't worry about any of that - they're all big boys and girls and they'll get over it. You concentrate on you and take care of yourself. Let me know how you get on Suzie.

"and the only close friend i have, has her own problems as you all know, its been mentioned in the long list of my posts that yogi kindly put on here for us"

What are you on about now, suzie?......i only mentioned your posts in one thread, tis all.....i know nothing about you're friend at all!

I will give up.......life's too short, and you know who you are.....thats fine with me....so i will wish you well and hope that, if you do indeed need help, you find it...........and happiness in you're life......as we all deserve to do......Do what's best for you and the kids.......:0)

Hi and happy new year to you and yours, have just read all your answers but I am still thinking you must have either private means or being paid well to be able to even think about getting a 30000 loan in these bad times. Your salary is taken into account and any other loans or mortgages that you may have so it will not be easy to obtain furthur loans, especially this large amount. My friend owns her house worth 400.000 and was turned down for 25000 as she still owed 49.000 on the property so I can't see you getting the loan. If I were you I would check out how much it would cost to employ a private detective for Friday and Saturday for a few weeks, that way if he goes into a house and stops driving he is at it!!! detective will stay close by for as long as is required, watch to see if they kiss at the door or whatever. and then he can keep an eye for his car every week after that, some men park down the road from the house they are going to and walk so their car is not outside the right house. To me a loan for this and to get peace of mind would be worth every penny!! My friend did this years ago and her man was at it, I would not want to sleep with this man never mind going on holiday with him, book somewhere for you and the kids for summer 2010 and let him run on, best of luck anyway.

thank you white lady, i am earning well, and i have no loans, credit cards, or mortgage, i did well for mysel when i was younger, say about 19 i bought my first house, but as you are right i definatly get a private detective, and does anyone know what they charge and would they follow him all the way to greece aswell,

also thanks yogi for stopping picking on me, i really am genuine, despite a few descrepencies in some posts, but im also a bit dim at the best of times
Suzie,

I was'nt picking on you at all, cos if i wanted to do that, you would have got it far worse, believe me.
I was merely pointing out, and a bit puzzled by you're discrepancies you mentioned.

That said, i appreciate your thanks above, and hope that you are, indeed, genuine, as you say.
Time will tell.

All the best to you

Hi,a detective will follow him all the way to greece if you pay him, I have a better idea , give someone who he doesn't know the price of a weeks holiday in the hotel and they could watch him day and night, but I would start NOW at home long before the holiday and believe me you will catch him. No idea what it would cost but make a few phone calls.
