No will and Mineral Rights
2 Answers
My grandmother passed away and left no will here in Texas. We have over 500 acres of mineral rights in Oklahoma that we need the legal heirs updated on them. Do we start in Texas by having the estate probated and then Oklahoma with the “ancillary administration”. Or just probate it in Oklahoma because she owned no property in Texas.
