Help with the name of an actor please

He was in a comedy about "dating", he was a lothario character, quite small, a bit pock faced, looks a bit likd Charlie Chaplin! It is driving me mad trying to recall his name. I think that his girlfriend was "Molly".

Thank you jackthehat!! It was driving me mad! He played Patrick! There is no photo on wikipedia however I have googled Ben Miles and he is the one. He has not aged well and has rather weird bulging eyes! It was a terrific show.:0]
