My arm is in a sling so I can only carry stuff in my other hand. My partner is ok. We would like to go on holiday somewhere warm this February. Long haul is not so attractive. Any ideas?

Eygpt would be warmer than canary islands with similar flight time. Cyprus is same distance i think that would be warm too but id go for Eygpt.
Are you saying long haul is not an option because you are limited to how much luggage you can carry with your one 'good' arm, or do you not fancy a long haul flight regardless?
Zac, which are the windy islands please?

I was expecting this question to say....

Where to go on holiday with a broken....................heart....

see how wrong i can be!!! lol

ps. sorry about your broken arm....(it will heal quicker than a broken heart....i hope)!
Sod that get on a 9 hour flight to cancun and dose yourself up before hand, you'll not regret it. (upgrade to the exec class so you have leg room so as noone bumps your arm)
Thanks. Have booked to go to the Canaries for some sunshine in March, then realised that the Atlantic coast of Morocco can be very windy, so I had been wondering about the Canaries.
hat about Jordan. There are direct flights to Aqaba on the Red Sea which is in easy reach of Petra, Wadi Rum and the Dead Sea. Nice beaches, good food.
