This company are a nightmare, i couldn't get them to cancel my account after the free trial, and for months they debited me �15 a month even though i'd cancelled several times. When i finally managed to get it cancelled they took a further �45 out of my account in one go

In the end i had to claim the �45 back through my credit card but lost the rest of the monthly payments

you are absolutely right chazza LOVEfilm is terrible to deal with. I had a subscription with them for a while and when I cancelled and sent the discs back, they kept sending me more discs and kept charging me. if you don't pay they get a bunch of credit chasers to come after you with threats of suing you in the courts etc. Its really difficult to get rid of them, I think they are a bunch of crooks.
