filling in forms?

if i have a form that has to be filled in, is there anyway that i can fill it in online, for instance can i scan it and then fill it in online, i know this sounds a bit hazy but its the only way i can think to explain, many thanks

Google for "Filloutaform.exe".
You scan any form on to the computer and fill in the required data with the above.

Why would you want to go to the bother of scanning it then typing in the data when all you need is a black pen?
This does sound rather odd. You would have to scan it in then import it into Word then put your text over the top of it. You wouldn't be able to "fill it out" as such.

Just a thought but if it is an application form you will need to sign it in handwriting not just type in your name ( dont laugh it happens all the time .)

yes i know but just wanted to fill in the actual form "online"
