I have to reveal I'm not an 'enders watcher, but I've just read the article on Digital Spy, saying that the murderer won't know whether it's him/her or not until a reveal in an upcoming live episode.
Now we all know that soaps are recorded 5 or 6 weeks in advance, so although the live episode will go out in February, the episodes following the live episode will have already been made, therefore the storyline won't be a secret on the night to the cast , as they will have already taped "reaction/follow through" to the reveal.
I am sure this makes sense and the live episode is BBC hype.

My point is that all the cast will know the outcome because they will all have recorded the episodes that follow the live one.
On DS they say that the live reveal will be unknown to the actor on the night
The director will say we'll go with "rehearsed ending 3"
Hope this makes sense
I get what you mean uncle al
perhaps after the reveal the next 6 weeks will just ignore the storyline!? though it's not realistic that people woudn't at least be talking about it afterward.
I don't watch it though so won't know what they do anyway.....
