Come Dine With Me

I've just finished watching Come Dine with Me and thought how nice it was that the winner gave half her winnings to Spencer, who came second for a cancer charity (he had a friend who had cancer).

But what a shock at the end of the programme when they said that two months after the programme was made, Spencer was diagnosed with cancer himself and died a little later. He was only 36 and came over as such a nice guy.

R.I.P Spencer.

i think it was his sister who he was trying to raise the money for initially - sad, very sad

I watched that same episode as well at the ending...well i just broke down!!!

it was so sad but at first I thought he was raising money for a mate or maybe a family member but was gutted to learn that he died!!!
