Why does it say "Question Author" under headings?

it says question author when the person who posted the question replies on their own question. the report this option is to report any answer that breaks Site Rules, you should press the link and read the options.

Because whoever runs the site believes that one is the

"author of the question"

rather than the person who

"asked the question".

Questions on this site are works of creativity, worthy of the claim to authorship.

Either that, or it's just a typo.
