My friends daughter has messed with her phone and she doesn't know....because she doesn't understand...how to get it back.

Any Ideas??

Sounds like she has set the languages to something else. She needs to scroll thru the menu and try and find the settings and reset it to English. I sometime do this with my phone and reset "idiomas" (languages). When I want to switch back, I simply select "Ingles". But I don't know what language your friend's daughter has selected.

ummm you cannot read the menu to get into languages to change it back to english so you will either have to get the same phone to mimic the actions if you see what I mean or binit

You can normally find the sequence of button pushes for most phones online, you can guarantee this isn't the first time it happened to an owner of whatever phone. or if not you can use a online translator to translate the menu options

Ummmm.... whatever language it's set in, the settings option should have a little symbol like a spanner or something next to it.
