if you have a headache then being in front of a pc will not be helping this.
something i use and you may find useful.
siting streight in a chair with nothing on your feet . flexing your toes from fully out and back again , keep this up for 10/15 mins . if you have deep carpet gripping the carpet in this way " with your toes" and releasing repeatedly , is the same sort of thing.
this cures headaches in a few cases . all depends as to why you have headache.
as for kids advice them how you feel and ask if they would liek you to be same when they are not feeling so good . then ask they give you half an hour and be quiet.
