Why not just get a woodburning stove and vent it up thru the roof / wall? taking care to put a heat soak around the pipe where it penetrates the wall / roof of course.

i have a woodburning stove already the end of the greenhouse isnt worm enough to propogate seeds
I'm unsure about the H&S aspect, but wouldn't a small paraffin heater do the trick ?
Back boilers were gravity feed. They used large bore pipework, and relied on the fact that circulation would occur due to the water returning from the radiators being cooler than the hot flowing to the rads. Not sure how you'd get it to work in your situation, maybe just 2 rads joined up? One next to your woodburner, one at the far end of the shed.
