credit scores and report

Does anybody know how i can check my report for free.I have just opened an account at experian.and paid for a full report only to wipe it of screen by mistake.I have rang there number and been told i can log back on and see my credit score and file but you have to pay for a full report

The best thing to do is go onto the Money saving expert website http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/ where they have a copy of a letter you can send with a cheque for £2.00 and get a copy of your credit report mailed to you.
