There are so called represtantives going around offering savings on council tax if you sign up with them,
some of these are cons so check with the council before parting with money.

How would you save on Council Tax? What do they say to try and con you?
And no answer came the reply.
I have come across this, they usually target small businesses and say they can negotiate a reduction in business rates and take a cut of the reduction. It would not be too much of a jump for some con artist to say they could do the same for council tax!

Get details and report to trading standards....
I don't see how anyone could be fooled into thinking they could get a reduction. The council isn't Tesco. You don't get money off.
