Advice is given on where you stand and which governing department you need to contact to make formal complaints etc. Any probs or if there is something you do not understand post any queries etc.

all details given where correct .i have recentley spoken to somone who has told me that they rang them and gave false name and address and where told by the person who was dealing with them that they had been excepted for a loan.so shorley this companie are not even doing credit checks they must be putting people on hold for 15mins boiling the kettle and then charging people to proceed a application?
"However, the address on their stationary (there is no address on the website) is a rented mailbox address in Devon:-
Queensgate House
Exeter
EX4 3SR
Tel: 0844 5444532
The registered office for Credit Problems No Problem Ltd is also a rented mailbox:-
23 Castalia Square
Docklands
London E14 3NG
I would also bring to your attention the fact that the people who run Credit Problems No Problems Ltd also run Credit Assured Services Ltd and they were censured by the Office Of Fair Trading in 2007 for the same type of activity, ie, "guaranteeing" loans to anyone with a poor credit history"

nh01 could you email me these details please to [email protected] realy appreciate you help on this also where did you find that info?
Debt collection agencies use these scams to gain peoples details, these loans are only applied for if you have poor credit rating so you owe money to others and are probably in default. The debt collectors find all your details then buy the debt and all of a sudden you have the debt collectors on your doorstep.
Also you will probably find that the loan agreement was only "in principle" there will be some small print somewhere. The office addresses will only be a PO box or virtual office so there would be no point visiting them. As you paid by debit card then you will struggle to get your money back. If on the offchance someone does offer you a loan, please get the agreement checked as the APR can be very high.
