You could try posting the same question a third time. That might help.
have you had two parcels go missing
Contact Royal Mail and put a claim against them, having said that they haven't been much help with me in the past, if it is from a company contact them and the onus will be on them to sort it out. I have had numerous letters and parcels either misdelivered or undelivered by the Royal Mail yet they are always striking for more money. I ended up contacting Royal Mail Headquarters in London over their incompetence

Regardless of whether it is right to leave a parcel with a neighbour (and personally I like that to occur because we are on good terms my neighbours and I) the PO did get the parcel to the address on the label, so I think they are in the clear.

You may have a case against the sender who has lost the parcel by sending it to the wrong address. Unless it was a case of you not updating them when you moved. And of course the recipients of the parcel are hardly innocent but you need proof.

I think I'd consider your situation with regards to the sender first.
Did the parcel require a signature? If so then surely a proof of delivery will show that you did not sign for the parcel.

If it did not require a signature, then I would think that whoever delivered it would be responsible as they did not deliver it to the correct address.

If I was you I would get onto the Company you purchased the item from to say that you have not received your parcel.
