Ice Ice Baby was by Robert Matthew Van Winkle, aka Vanilla Ice, this song allegedly sampled the bassline from Under Pressure, co-written & performed by Queen & Bowie. Mr Van Winkle never provided any royalties to the original artistes since he claimed that he'd altered the original arrangement by adding an extra note.

So to be picky, "Ice Ice Baby" - not by Bowie.
