Can someone voted off a board of directors still draw funds from the company account?

There is. It's a TM01, as I said and I can assure you it's there. I complete them regularly.

The 288b is out of date. Last valid one would be dated 30th September 2009.

Thank you. It was someone else who got the form and they didn't think it was obvious on the site that the form had been revised.
Regardless - we informed the bank to remove the authorised signatory. We also warned the bank some weeks ago that we were concerned that funds were going to be withdrawn and yet they didn't do anything. We've since learned that banks should put a dispute on the account which would flag any transactions.
