Didn't get any replies in TV so trying again here - Who is the mum in the incessantly boring rich for life scratch card ad when she's showing her old holiday photos? I really recognise her voice from possibly a TV series in the 70s80s90s??

I agree...she's very familiar from long ago. Both the voice and the mouth. I've posted the ad here so someone might recognize her.

I think she's the lady who was in an episode of Dinnerladies called "Catering". She was doing a belly dancing class and her name is Helen Cotterill.

Having checked the name in Google Images I'm sure that joeyjake has cracked it! I'm sure it's her but I've sent a message to the National Lottery in the hope that they will confirm.

I bounced the query off the Britmovie site and somebody there has also said it's Helen!

Well thanks guys for your help although I must admit I still don't know where I know her from, looking at Helen's IMDB list there's nothing that jumps out at me as what I remember her from. Thanks again anyway

It's her voice I really remember in Dinnerladies, and telling the ladies in the canteen how when she and her husband travelled to Exeter to visit relatives, they used to put his false leg on the roof rack of the car so it got a good blow through lol
