No chance at all, you can put it in your hold luggage, but no point as it's cheap enough in turkey.
You can buy duty free on the plane but you can't open it.

But if you buy it at the airport - airside, not groundside - you can take on as much as you like.

Only a clown would take a £15 bottle of whisky to a place where you can buy it for a few quid.

ladybird... no you cannot take it in your handluggage. If you were thinking of taking wine and putting it in your suitcase... don't bother. Wine freezes in the hold and it impairs the flavour. If it's a spirit, it should be okay in your suitcase.
