tesco internet phone

I have installed a Tesco internet phone and I can make calls ok
even to my sisters mobile in the usa for 2p a min
but no one can ring me,
after many calls to help line
( waste of time) I took down my McAfee protection to see if that was the problem, it wasn't ( reinstalled it now)
any idea's and has anyone else had problems?

You give them a wrong number. Wherever you, the area code of your located must prefix of your number. Ex. Location A.area code=1. 1-91923*****. if ur in another location then the area code will change too. Thats how some VoIP works.
