Intelligent Finance - incomprehensible?

Am I alone in finding the Intelligent Finance advert completely incomprehensible? What on earth are they going on about 'offsetting'? They may as well made the ad in Chinese for all the sense it makes.

I think it's simple enough...you either earn interest on your savings as normal or sacrifice that for paying less interest on your mortgage. I've not done any research so I might be wrong. I guess they want you to go to them for the full financial services package and this is one way of getting people to do that.
No you're not - have a look at all the help I got with this subject on How it works question was entitled All in one bank accounts. They look like a good idea if you've got a mortgage and credit cards. Wouldn't plain English in trhe ad be a wonderful thing though.
