Where is it? Is it a large town? What's it like re student lodgings (finding, renting...), does anyone know? I'd look this up but I'm rushing about looking up vocab on the subject before I dash off to give a friend's daughter a bit of a hand with her phone calls...
She goes to Wolverhampton in October for a year. So thanks again for any help.

It is fairly large town, approx 26 square miles and has a population of around 240,000. There shouldnt be any trouble getting student accomodation as there a few campuses around here. Try here:

Hope it helps.
er no I'm here, and I worked in W 20 years ago. Paired with St Omer and named after St Wulfrun I seem to remember.
Situated in the Black Country called as a result of the grime. Very pleasant and helpful people. I enjoyed it. The accent is even worse than Brum, however the people are so nice, even that becomes attractive !
