i have lots of left over veg and pork from my sunday roast any ideas what i can do with it?

Cold pork with bubble & squeak is brilliant.
Have a slow cooker?

If so, put the lot in there with stock, served with dumplings or dumped in massive yorkshire pudds, it's lovely.

i thought of bubble and squeek but although i love it i seem to have it every mon lol

Curry / Quiche?
How about a chinese stirfry served with noodles.

That's what I do most mondays with my leftover meat. This week it is chicken.

would a curry work with swede and broccoli?
I don't see why not, there are veg currys x
I too had left over pork this week and I heated it up with soy sauce and honey. Made a change. Had it with mashed carrot and swede but next time I would do it with a more bitter vegetable - a bit too sweet with everything combined.
