itching inside female groin

I have come and goes itching in my groin - I am female - Any good creams out there. I used Liquid Paraffin which does help but I am sure there are creams specifically for this.

worth seeing your doc or going to the local sexual health clinic. It could be a number of causes - a swab will identify it and then you can use the correct products.

Very not much sexual believe me - am a virgin unfortunately. Liquid Paraffin usually does the job - thanks anyway I knew sexual clinic would come up.

Sounds like a fungal infection.

Ethandron is correct..Canestan or Lamosil.........both antifungal agents.

If you mean the skin of the inside of your thigh then Lamisil Cream.

Sorry connemmara, there was no inference in my post in mentioning sexual health clinics - as you know, people can get conditions like thrush etc without having sex - and you're obviously using the word "groin" correctly, where other people can use it as a euphemism for the sexual organ areas, and I've misinterpreted. Apologies - no offence intended!

Keep it clean use some 'Hydrocortisone' cream from the Pharmacist, to clear soreness. Probably the reason is sweat. I use a roll on deodorant there really helps.
