Nip&Tuck "Possible Spoiler"

I'm starting a new course next week on Wednesday nights so I will be able to watch Nip&Tuck from now on... Could someone tell me what happens at the end if they has watched in on Sky?  Does Sean get back with his wife?  Thanks in advance

Anyway (SPOILER ALERT!) the slasher breaks into Sean's home and threatens to kill him if he carries on with the pro bono surgery on his victims.  Also, in order to get Ava to leave Matt alone once and for all, Sean and Christian track down her ex-husband (a fantastic cameo by Alec Baldwin), an eminent retired plastic surgeon, who confirms that Ava was previously a man and that her Oedipal son was adopted.  He performs one final op on Ava so that she may begin a new life but before she leaves her son commits suicide.  At the end, Sean's wife is looking after him but he is lying in wait, gun in hand, for the slasher to come after him.  However, the serial maniac breaks into Christian's home instead and stabs him, leaving him to die...

Great, thanks Brumbiter!!  One question though, does Sean and his wife get back together?

Well, after his dalliance with the lovely Kimber, they aren't exactly reconciled but there is the possibility.  I think they both acknowledge that neither of them has been exactly blameless.  They haven't said, "Let's try again," or anything like that, but I guess she felt she needed to move back in after his first run in with the slasher - oops, forgot to say that Sean got slashed across one side of his mouth and so is recovering after his own surgery.
