Would just like to thank everyone for helping me on behalf of my friend who had a problem with her hourly rate. To cut a long story short she had a word with admin department who in turn spoke to the manager etc. It turned out they had overlooked her having an N.V.Q.2 and will be paying the higher rate with back pay next month in her wages. Having sorted this out she will be better off by £64.80 a month. Good result wouldn't you say? Thanks again for your help everyone.
