Crafty Hi! Perhaps you could help with my problem?
In 1964. Mr&Mrs sqad and 4 little sqads were going to drive down to the South of France on holiday, but the kids who were now getting bigger, didn't fancy the idea of sitting in the backseat of the car with grandma. However, after a lot of wingeing, it was settled that grandma should come and that they would have to lump it.
Now in the middle of France, grandma took a turn and I certified her dead in the back seat and then had to head for the nearest large police station about 50kilometres away. after about 30 mins, the kids said that they felt uncomfortable with dead grandma in the back and that I had to do something.
Well, all I could think of was an old rug in the boot, which I took out, wrapped grandma in it and ....the only thing that I could think of was to put her on the roof rack, which I duly did, strapping her securely down.
The kids got hungry, so we stopped at a motorway cafe and had something to eat, but when we came out, the bloody car had been stolen with grandma on the roofrack.
Although reporting it to the French Police, we never got the car back or grandma.
Can you help crafty?
