I have tried this question in technology but it has drawn a blank on answers so will try it here.

I am running IE on win XP, I have several sites that have a password log on and IE always asks
''do you want IE to remember this password'' I have several passwords that i no longer want and
I want to delete them but where are they stored and how do I delete the ones I no longer need.

please forgive double posting but I really do need an answer...

Thanks folks ChuckFickens just answered this for me in tech.
Not sure if this is the answer you are looking for but if IE saves the password for you then you only have to delete your cookies in 'Tools' / 'Internet Options'/'Browsing History (delete cookies, saved passwords etc).
Hope it helped.
