What nationality do kids get if they were born in England ?

I'm not British,but their father is british,and they were born in England.Will my kids get British nationality?Will they get British passport ?

Chelle7272 is correct in indicating that your children hold British citizenship and can obtain British passports.

However (subject to the laws of the country which you're from), it's likely that your children hold DUAL citizenship, and can also obtain passports from your country of origin.

A few countries don't allow their citizens to hold dual citizenship, but most do. Also most countries recognise the children of one of their citizens as also holding the same citizenship (irrespective of where they're born).

Many people hold two (or more) passports, from different countries. It's perfectly legal to do so. It's likely that your children will each be able to hold two passports, if they choose to do so,

Time to stop this ridiculous anachronism - Im told that in Germany because of their problems with "gast arbeiters" the children of immigrants are not automatically accorded the privilege of German nationality just because they are born within the borders of Germany- hence they are able to deport the children of guest workers, who offend against the laws of Germany - how about we adopt the same philosophy - sorry - course not - "human rights" obviously apply ! since December 1982, children born in Britian need to have blood ties to British citizens to claim citizenship - if their father is British that means they should be ok as far as I know
