Hi, I have a great recipe for eggless fatless cake/fruit loaf.
2 cups self raising flour
2 cups all bran
2 cups sugar
2 cups cold black tea
2 cups mixed chopped fruit and nuts (optional) presoaked in the some the tea.
2 tsps of mixed sweet spice.
Combine all ingredients, leave for 10 minutes to soak and then turn into a greased and lined loaf tin and bake. Easy peasy.
