itunes wont load?

hello, for some reason my itunes wont load on my comp, it keeps flashing a window on the screen saying 'itunes wont load'.

i have even downloaded a new one a yet again it flashes this window?

any ideas?

3) How much RAM does the machine have?

4) How much free space is there on the volume onto which you're trying to install?

5) What *PRECISELY* does the error message say?

its windows xp, there is loads of ram and it says

"i tunes has stopped working"?

its driving me mad
