I'm also caught yelling quite frequently "Can't I just have five minutes to myself?!".
But my favourite is when I'm tidying up on a Saturday morning and I find myself muttering "I work all bloody week, only to come home and tidy up after these lazy b*stards"
When me and my older sister were kids, if we went anywhere for the day, Mum used to always take a damp flannel in a sandwich bag to clean up our mucky hands and mouths (the days before Wet Wipes!). We used to absolutely hate this with a passion and in our teens used to take the mickey out of Mum for this. My sister is now a mother of two and does the same apparently! I shouldn't laugh though, I'm due to give birth to my first in October, so no doubt it will be damp flannels at dawn!
