I have been told I am no longer entitled to Tax Credits and that I have been overpaid by 490. Must I pay this back in one lump sum or in installments?

they've admitted to me that their system in incomprehensible. Every couple of months I get told I've been either over or underpaid. I ring them up, tell them nothings changed and they say they'll look into it. A week later I ring and they say I'm right and payments will continue as before.
Don't take it lying down, unless your pay has increased significantly I suspect you will probably still be entitled to something
