Went today to pick up the car ive just bought, went to lloyds tsb for the outstanding cash to pay for the car
(£2800 ) i used my debit card to get the cash and i didnt get asked for any ID , it wasnt my usual branch , it was in bolton , i asked the teller after id got my money why wasnt i asked for any ID
teller replied - the comp she was on didnt tell her to ask for any ??? W T * !

surely they should ask for ID ?
This beggars beyond belief for me in this day and age for fraud

No nothing at all
says something about banking staff , when they have to wait for the " computer " to tell them to do something ..

guess thats the state of staff training ..

i have heard of but the other who is that ?
they're not usually so trusting in bowton, (spelt that as they say it!) but the RBS would have told you you had to order the cash at least 24 hours in advance and needed passport ID at least.
