URGENT enhanced cbr check help needed

i have just had a enhanced crb check done with my current employer and it does not show my old convictions for drunk and disorderly which i got arrested for and sent to court twice and fined £100.00 each time, this was when i was 20 about 19 yrs ago, as im in the process of applying for a new job as a front line ambulance worker why didnt they show up, are they still classsed as a criminal conviction ,will my new employer be able to do any different type of check to find out about these
