the heating off when the hot water is running is this normal , as the heating engineer

Mine doesn't do this, the heating stays on when I'm running a bath.....

Thanks for info , now sorted .

If its a combination boiler yes the burners heat the water as you run the taps, when you turn your tap off it returns to central heating this is normal.
