what to do for tea

we were meant to go shopping today but never got round to it so i have an opportunity to cook for myself.
we have; a little bit of chicken to fight over, rice, potato, carrot, spring onion, cheese, tomato, pickled onions, tinned sweetcorn, bacon, 1 egg, beetroot, load of random seasonings. maybe not using a bit of everything but they're the possible ingredients. i want something easy to cook and healthy.
ps, i probably wont get engg and chicken so recipes that only have one in, that can be done before 6pm.

Meantime scissor snip other ingredients to half inch size. Veg oil in wok/fry pan, fry garlic & onions, vegs & rice. add soya sauce & chilli sauce or tobasco....now fry egg & break up by stirring. Serve with egg sprinkled on top as garnish.
