I have read and read and read countless magazines , websites etc , all i want to know is What IS the best way to tone up you Stomach , and those who answer (if any) has it worked for you or anyone you know ?
i don't know if that applies to as i don't know your gender ir even if you are a woman, you might be quite flat chested so it would be a problem if it is true.
I am a Male mollykins but thanks for the input , i have read crunches are better than sit ups ? get so many conflicting magazine articles i dont know if i'm coming or going .
