An e.mail states that there is an 24hour s left for a PC tune up for £14.99 by Tune-Up Utilities. Is this a scam or genuine?

e.g. one that I've used for the last couple of years is Advanced Systemcare http://www.iobit.com/...per.html?Str=download - apart from general system maintenance it also includes several separate utilities for optimising your internet connection, cleaning memory etc.
As with any software of that type you should always make sure that you have backed up your important files before using it, until you are happy that it is trustworthy (which I have always found Advanced Systemcare to be)
