Ouch, you will have trouble getting all that out properly! You can try stripping it but no guarantee you will get it all out esp as you have died different bits different colours and overdyed different parts.
You may end up having to bleach it (which will also damage your hair), dye it back to it's normal colourso the roots won't show and wait for it to grow out while getting a good trim every 6 weeks so you eventually get rid of all the damaged bits as it grows out. I'd invest in some good hair treatments too, preferably not to heavily chemically based!
If you want to try stripping it I'd strongly recommend a good hairdresser who knows what they are doing, be prepared to go back more than once and for a rather steep bill.
Maybe they could do it as a project at college as long as supervised properly.
